Color, contemporary photographs feature a monumental building situated picturesquely in a mountainous landscape - currently within the boundaries of the city of Wałbrzych. The text gives an account of the castle's history, its transformations, expansions and colorful figures which used to live there. The building is today owned by the commune of Wałbrzych and made available for tourist visits.
